just four days ago the boston celtics spoiled the washington wizards' home opener but coach whitman was impressed with the heart that he saw on the court that night. well, last night the wiz going for revenge in beantown and once again you can say they played with some heart. the wizards put everything they had out on the floor. down 11 at one point in the fourth, here underneath. jams it home to tie things up at 80. now 30 seconds left, still tied up. rajon rondo nailings the two pointer and gives the celtics the lead. but with time winding down, wiz down two. singleton and slams it home and we're headed to overtime. in ot though the celtics able to pull away. rondo finds bass down the court for the dagger. wizards gave a good effort but lose this one by six. and fall to 0-3 on the season. >>> check out this scene. the second leg of d.c. united's playoff series against new york was postponed from last night to tonight because of heavy snowfall from the nor'easter. if you recall, their first leg was already moved from new york -- new jersey to d.c. because of superstorm sandy. look at t

boston is at 63. that's another warm spot there in miami. elsewhere, it is a cold start to this november morning. throughout the morning for the next couple of hours, probably till about 9:00 or so, we'll have the rain coming through with the breezes kicking up around 20 miles an hour. we already have about .75 to an inch of rain. not much more on top of what's already falling. by noontime, cloudy, chilly, the rain over. still a northwest wind gusting to 20 miles an hour. still in the 40s. we'll stay in the 40s the rest of the day today, and maybe a little sunshine breaking out. that may be perhaps mid to late afternoon. we'll be back down to near 40 by midnight. and then it will continue to drop all the way to near 30 by dawn rm tomorrow. quite a cold start to wednesday. bright and sunny day tomorrow. highs reaching near 50. cold mornings and chilly afternoons with sunshine on thursday, friday, and saturday. increasing clouds sunday. still chilly. might get rain sunday evening into monday. stay tuned. we'll keep you posted on that. a look a

and his wife ann walk out of this polling site behind us in the community of belmont just outside of boston. when governor romney walked inside, he was asked by one of the reporters who followed him who do you vote for? he said i think you know who. this is the end of a six-year journey for governor romney, a presidential bid that dates back that long. today he's actually going back on the campaign trail. he's going to head to ohio and pennsylvania to try to rally support there, motivate supporters and also thank some of his volunteers. the president, of course, voted earlier. he voted last week. he is spending this day in chicago in what has become an annual tradition, at least on election day for the president is that he's going to have a game of basketball with some of his close friends, by natalie, as we have witnessed, this is an exceedingly close race right now and both sides are particularly confident that despite polls that may show the president with the lead they are going to come out victorious tomorrow. that's the latest from here. now back to you. >> peter alexander in belmont,
